Welcome to Tree of Life!

Do you believe in God? The Bible teaches that our connection to God is also our source of life.

In the beginning, man was placed in a Garden, and "had right to the Tree of Life." Eating its fruit provided eternal life, because that's how God designed it. When man rejected God, he was forbidden to eat from the tree. In fact, he was cast out from the Garden, which was soon thereafter destroyed by God.

This teaches us that God is the provider of life. He makes the trees grow that feed us and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. Eternal life is only found in Him.

When Christ walked the earth, He showed us that He was the Life. He was sent to restore life to men by restoring our connection to God. He taught us this illustration, that just as the leaves of a vine grow only as they are connected to the vine, so we only have life and peace as we are connected to Him.

"And this is LIFE eternal... that they might KNOW Thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom Thou hast sent."

Lesson One: God is communicative and knowable, and this will be the source of your life.

And if you're dead, there's good news for you. Jesus died for you and rose again, and God will "raise us up with Him" if we seek Him by faith. He is a wellspring of life to those that know Him and to those who don't yet know Him.

He saves, He cleanses, He repairs, He glorifies us, He raises us from the DEAD, He provides Life to those that have none.

At the end of the Bible, the Tree of Life returns. When Christ sets up His Kingdom, it is said that waters will run from His Throne as the heads of great rivers. And the Tree of Life will be there, watered by the Throne of God, providing Healing for the Nations of men.
